Lebanon Says Three Soldiers Killed in Clash with IDF

Three Lebanese soldiers were killed in clashes with Israeli troops today, Tuesday. The Lebanese say the conflict began when the IDF attempted to uproot a tree on their side of the border. Whiles israeli reports say that the IDF was performing maintenance work across the fence, but still within Israeli territory.

Tens of Chabad schools are currently competing in the Kohls Cares contest on facebook, each school in the top 20 stands to win $500,000. Today Kohls released the top 100 list, in it 9 of the top 20 are Chabad schools, and over 20 percent of the 100 are Chabad schools as well.

Dear Crown Heights Residents,

I wrote an op-ed a couple of weeks ago titled “Love Your Fellow Crown Heightser As Yourself” and hope it was well received. Another piece, “Are There Any Lines for Chabad’s Ahavas Yisroel?” recently responded to it. This is my response.

The article concluded by asking two questions:

1. “Do not the individuals who walk here at home in Crown Heights and call themselves Lubavitchers also deserve rebuke?”
2. “Are there any lines for Lubavitch’s Ahavas Yisroel”?
