CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — For the second time in a week tires were stolen off a parked car in the neighborhood.

Hatzalah volunteers were preparing tonight for the foretasted blizzard which is predicted to strike the tri-state area. In addition to switching to winter tires, Hatzalah has a set of special chained tires that should help in extreme conditions, such as those that are being forecasted.
