LOS ANGELES, CA [CHI] — Some 200 Chabad emissaries of The Rebbe gathered this week for the 39th Annual West Coast Chabad Kinus Hashluchim. Schneerson, and subsequently inspired the creation of the worldwide Kinus Hashluchim in New York.
