R’ Dan was mistakenly taken for a terrorist, driving without headlights and not responding to soldiers’ call to come to a stop. Rabbi Martzbach, 55 years old, was a beloved figure in Chevron, and an avid participant in the farbrengens and Chassidus shiurim at the local Chabad House run by Shliach Rabbi Yosef Dahan.
