TRAGEDY: Boruch Dayan Hoemes – Kazi Benjamin OBM

It is with immense pain and deep sadness that we inform you of the shocking, tragic and very untimely passing of Hatomim Kasriel (Kazi) Benjamin at the age of 25.

Kazi is survived by his parents, Yehudah and Sarah (Flatbush), and his siblings Meira Gewirtz (Miami, FL), Adina, Efi, Elisha, Nechemia, Shimon, Daniel, Asher and Amiel.

“Kazi and his smile will forever be missed” wrote one friend, speaking of Kazi’s infectious smile that would light up a room. Always quick with a good word, and would never hesitate to lend a helping hand. He grew up going to Lubavitcher Yeshiva and later Chovevei Torah in Crown Heights.
