Shuchat Extradition Delayed Until Summer

Three weeks after an Israeli court approved a request by Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes to extradite a former Crown Heights resident to the United States in order to face bias charges in a 2008 attack, the Israeli supreme court has granted an appeal and will delay the extradition until July 2012, VIN News has learned.
