The Funeral will take place tomorrow, G-d willing, Thursday Dec 8th – 12 Kislev at 10:15 am at the Shomrei Hadas Chapel in Boro Park, 3803 14th Ave. The procession will continue afterwards through Eastern Parkway and stop in front of 770.

Last week, the Ohr Avner Chabad Educational Center in Baku hosted a visit by the Israeli Minister of Welfare and Social Services Moshe Kahlon. The Minister was accompanied by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Michael Lavon-Lotem.
