Last week, the Ohr Avner Chabad Educational Center in Baku hosted a visit by the Israeli Minister of Welfare and Social Services Moshe Kahlon. The Minister was accompanied by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Michael Lavon-Lotem.
