The University of Illinois’ Zeta Beta Tau fraternity partnered with Illini Chabad and The Friendship Circle on Sunday to host the sixth annual Alley Oop for Autism fundraiser for children with special needs.
They have arrived; from Singapore and Beer Sheva, California and Odessa, South Korea and North Cyprus, Bulgaria and the peaks of the Himilaya. They are all gathered in Crown Heights, in 770 and at the Ohel for the annual spiritual recharge. This afternoon the registration officially began, headed by Rabbi Schneur Najar and his staff, who welcomed Shluchim with warm greetings.
A farbrengen was held at Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim in Sao Paulo, Brazil, celebrating the Rebbe Rashab’s birthday and welcoming the four Talmidei HaShluchim who arrived to spend the year studying and assisting the junior students.

Alternate Side Parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended citywide through Saturday, November 10 to facilitate storm recovery efforts. Alternate Side Parking regulations are not in effect on Sunday, November 11 and will also be suspended for Veterans Day, Monday, November 12, as previously scheduled.
