Crowd Funding a New Chabad House

New Shluchim trying to raise money to build a new Chabad House in earthquake stricken New Zealand turned to an Israeli crowd funding site to raise money. For a donation of 50 NIS you will get letter of gratitude; for 360 NIS you’ll be given opportunity to participate in a raffle for plane tickets to the building dedication.

One morning this past March, I knocked on a heavy wooden door; someone inside the building buzzed me in.
