Wheel Thefts Resume: Brooklyn and Carroll
After a long winter hiatus, the Crown Heights wheel thieves are back in business. Their latest victim: a white Acura sedan parked on Brooklyn Ave. near the corner of Carroll St., whose wheels were stolen in middle of the night and the car’s body left resting on crude cinderblocks.

Families Thank Community for Tehillim
Erev Yom Tov a call went out for the community to recite tehillim for the recovery of a member of Anash. Rabbi Yochanan Klein underwent a difficult and dangerous operation and did not wake up. As the holiday ended the family reached out and shared news of a big improvement in his condition.

8 Torah Scrolls as Diverse as the Jewish People
Shavuos celebrates the giving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai. Appropriately, author Mordechai Lightstone compiled an exposition on eight special Torah scrolls chosen from across the Jewish world as a tribute to the document that binds us to each other and to G‑d.
