Alternate side parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended Friday, March 6, due to snow operations. All other regulations, including parking meters, will remain in effect.

Bochurim Visit Survivor of the Hyper Cacher Terror Attack
On the night of Purim, Bochurim studying in the Chabad Yeshiva in Brunoy, France, went to bring the joy of Purim to Yonatan Louk, the manager of Hyper Cacher Kosher supermarket, the site of a terror attack in which four Jewish people were killed and he was held hostage.

After being diagnosed with a brain tumor in the beginning of last year, 16-year-old Phillip Yurchenko knew he wasn’t alone. He was connected to the hundreds of teens who had pledged to do mitzvot in his merit at last year’s International CTeen Shabbaton, on March 1, 2014.

Here’s My Story: Shalom Aleichem
Rabbi Yonasan Wiener teaches at Yeshiva Ohr Somayach in Jerusalem, where he is in charge of the rabbinic ordination program. He was interviewed for JEM’s My Encounter with the Rebbe project in his home in August of 2014.
Friday: Rally at the Ohel
On Friday, the 15th of Adar-Shushan Purim (March 6), there will be a rally at the Ohel for all children ages 5 to 12 featuring Challah Baking, a raffle and an amazing program. Buses will leave 770 at 11:00am and return at 1:30pm. Transportation will cost $3.
Letter & Spirit: A Modern-Day Queen Esther
In this week’s edition of Letter & Spirit, in honor of Purim, we present a letter from the Rebbe in which he gives encouraging words to a woman who is making efforts to advance in Torah and mitzvos – connecting her efforts to those of Queen Esther in saving her people. The letter was written through the Rebbe’s trusted secretary Rabbi Nissan Mindel, and was made available by the latter’s son-in-law, Rabbi Sholom Ber Shapiro.
