Vandalized N.Y. Campus Menorah Rededicated Amid Broad Support

Thanks to grassroots efforts by students at Colgate University in Upstate New York to combat antisemitism on their campus, a new giant menorah was dedicated on Dec. 13, just five days after the original Chanukah menorah at the local Chabad-Lubavitch center was vandalized.

In Public Squares and Private Homes, Chanukah to Fill the World With Light

In a world beset by war, chocolate gelt and parachuting dreidels will be dropped from helicopters and menorah-carrying drones. Displaying courage faith and pride in the face of bigotry and antisemitism, more than 15,000 large menorahs will light up public spaces around the globe.
