During this past end-of-school-year week, the Jewish Released Time program hosted dozens end of year celebrations and graduations for the hundreds of children who attend the weekly Jewish Hour. Throughout the city in various shuls and Jewish centers many parents, relatives, children and teachers gathered to celebrate these momentous occasions.
Sunday, June 27th , 2010 marked a landmark event in the history of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The city that once boasted a sign, “No dogs or Jews allowed,” just hosted its very first Chassidic wedding.
Parents and their children were seen schlepping duffel bags and suitcases up Kingston and across Eastern Parkway, all to the seven busses in front of 770 on their way to Parksville New York.

We had to do it again this time 5th Grade pulled off random acts of goodness and kindness all over Kingston Ave. Part of the Shmule Shrage Middos Tovos Program. Students from Queens, Flatbush, Canrsie and Crown Heights got together to do real good!
