Israelinks Winds Down, but Student Excitement Soars

As they evaluate the inaugural Israelinks summer trip to the Holy Land, student participants and organizers with the Chabad on Campus International Foundation are proclaiming the three-week sightseeing and spiritual journey a resounding success.

“This is one of the most engaging programs we’ve run this year,” stated Rabbi Yossy Gordon, executive director of the Brooklyn-based Chabad on Campus, the arm of the worldwide Chabad-Lubavitch movement that’s dedicated to supporting the activities of the more than 100 shluchim families serving college campuses. “The response of students has been particularly energizing.

Chabad of West Hempstead Honors Friendship Circle Volunteers

West Hempstead, Long Island — This past Monday evening, June 25, Chabad of West Hempstead directed by Rabbi Yossi and his wife Chaya Rochel Lieberman hosted its third annual evening of recognition, saluting a group of over 70 dedicated volunteers of the Friendship Circle program.

The event was attended by Representatives from the State of NY, Nassau County, and the Town of Hempstead.

The Mendy Report Goes Daily!

Acting on recent successes, The Mendy Report has announced that it will now be phasing into its new mode just in time for summer. The broadcast company, which only recently moved out of Beta mode, will now release a new show every day, instead of weekly. The daily shows, which started airing this week, will be supplemented by periodical independent releases, such as Weekly Winks and OTDDS, reminiscent of the previous setup.
