Bochurim Visit Chabad Moisdos in South Florida

Packed is the one word to describe the third and final day of the beautiful Kinnus Talmidei Hashluchim Hamerkazi. After Davening and a delicious filling breakfast the day began with the Shluchim boarding two air conditioned (remember were in Florida) coach buses and heading to Coconut Grove. Rabbi Yankee Fellig addressed the Shluchim elaborating on the idea that it is integral for a Bochur to use out his time in Yeshiva to learn seriously, emphasizing the point of learning with a depth. He than proceeded to relate some entertaining stories about his experiences in Coconut Grove specifically about the transformation of his Shul from its previous state.

Mystery smell settles over Manhattan

Manhattan, NY — New York officials evacuated a number of buildings and shut down some trains after a mysterious gaslike odor was reported Monday.

A New York Police Department spokesman said an air quality test determined that the air is not hazardous, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said there is no indication terrorism was involved.
