Packed is the one word to describe the third and final day of the beautiful Kinnus Talmidei Hashluchim Hamerkazi. After Davening and a delicious filling breakfast the day began with the Shluchim boarding two air conditioned (remember were in Florida) coach buses and heading to Coconut Grove. Rabbi Yankee Fellig addressed the Shluchim elaborating on the idea that it is integral for a Bochur to use out his time in Yeshiva to learn seriously, emphasizing the point of learning with a depth. He than proceeded to relate some entertaining stories about his experiences in Coconut Grove specifically about the transformation of his Shul from its previous state.

Bochurim Visit Chabad Moisdos in South Florida

The next stop was in North Miami Beach where the Bochurim visited the Lubavitch Educational Center which houses the Chabad day school with over 750 students, Rabbi Benjy Korf, director of the institution related to the Bochurim the sequence of events which led up to the purchase and acquisition of the building which stands 7 stories tall with many classrooms which R. Korf informed the Bochurim that have B”H maximized the capacity of the building and are making plans for expansion.

The Bochurim than headed to Boca Raton Florida where they were addressed by Rabbi Reuvy New who spoke about His Shlichus in Caracus Venezuela. He highlighted the importance of keeping a strong Kesher [connection] with your fellow Shluchim even after your Bochur Shlichus ends. Rabbi Moshe Denburg also addressed the group stressing the importance of having true Achdus with one another while on Shlichus. He emphasized the point by telling over some personal experiences.

Following, was a round-table discussion between the Shluchim. It was led by Shlomie Greenwald together with Rabbi Yossi Zaklikofsky The Shluchim shared ideas and made Hachlotos amongst themselves, thereby having the inspiration of the Kinus continue throughout the year..

The group than headed to Chabad of Fort Lauderdale under the leadership of Rabbi Moshe Mayer Lipszyc to Daven Mincha. The Shluchim were given a tour of the new beautiful unique Mikvah being constructed at the site. The busses continued to The Shul of Bal Harbour.
