A 1:00am visit to the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s Ohel in Cambria Heights, Queens, as NYC Mayor Eric Adams came to pray and honor the Rebbe on his 30th Yartzeit. He was joined by Rabbi Abba Refson, the Rabbi who oversees the Ohel.
