Across the world, public Chanukah menorahs are being taken out of storage and placed for all to see. Brooklyn is no different. In front of the Kings County Supreme Court, a large menorah was seen this morning being lifted into place using a boom.

Watching our children play outdoors with their friends is a beautiful sight. Watching our children play with strangers might make us nervous. Here we have the prefect middle ground, as boys from Mesivta Oholei Torah held an impromptu game of catch with a New York City police officer.

As thousands of Shluchim hopped on tens of buses from Crown Heights to Edison New Jersey for the Gala Banquet of the International Kinus Hashluchim, intensive security sealed them in, literally.
