Florida Senator Rick Scott presented Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz Shliach of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida with a Medal of Honor in recognition of all the Rabbis efforts for Israel and pledged to continue his constant support for Israel. The meeting took place at a private gathering upon Rabbi Minkowicz’s return from Eretz Yisroel.
