This picture may look rather boring and mundane, but it is really a picture taken at the YU Sefarim Sale. If you look closely (top shelf just left of the divider) you can see a thin blue book named Kuntres Shmoi Shel Moshiach. This Sefer is very Lubavitch.

Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida on the way to New York for Yud Shevat put on Teffilin on the flight with a young entrepreneur from Manhattan. Rabbi Minkowicz texted the young man’s mother the picture of them putting on Teffilin from the plane and she responded. “Thank you. So great!! I am very proud.”

This picture shows the block of Eastern Parkway between Kingston and Brooklyn before 770 was built. Turns out Union Street was built before this block was. This was 1916 and the lot of 770 had 1 or 2 structures that were taken down and then then 770 plans were announced in 1933.
The men of Anshei Lubavitch Shul in Crown Heights pose for a picture at their family hakhel shabbaton that took place this week in the Poconos. The shabbaton was attended by 55 families, totaling 400 people, and was an amazing success.
Upon hearing the details of the Rebbe’s campaign to sign up every Jew for a letter in a Sefer Torah at the Chabad Air stand at JFK Airport, Harav Herschel Shachter, a renowned Posek and Rav at YU, along with his Rebbetzin, purchased for their entire family in the Unity and Children’s Sefer Torah.
