Running parallel to the Kinus Banquet, the Tzeirei Hashluchim held their own banquet, complete with a roll-call, dancing, and entertainment in Crown Heights.

4,500 rabbis are set to descend upon the Brooklyn Terminal in Redhook Brooklyn, and it takes a staf of over 100 nearly a week to prepare, with less than 24 hours until the banquet begins preparations are reaching their peak.

David Scharf is planning a little get-together on Sunday in Brooklyn: dinner for 4,500 Hasidic rabbis.
“It’s the largest sit-down dinner in New York,” Mr. Scharf, 58, said Thusday as he surveyed his blank canvas, a cavernous warehouse in Red Hook.
Shluchim packed in to the second floor of the Shluchim Office for a Thursday night Farbrengen which went on into the early hours of the morning.
Bochurim who will be serving as staff members in Tzeirei Hashluchim program for all the children of Shluchim whose fathers are attending the Kinus, gathered today to prepare and discuss the upcoming programs for the children.
For the first time in the history of the Kinus, Shluchim gathered in the Eden Palace located in the heart of Williamsburg for a day of seminars and sessions on a wide variety of topics, all aimed at helping Shluchim on their Shlichus.
Shluchim took time to Daven in the Rebbe’s Room and tour the Library.
Shluchim from around the world have been coming to Crown Heights since the beginning of the week for the annual Kinus Hashluchim, and last night sign in and registration began.
After the closing of the Banquet in the Hilton, Shluchim, Anash and Bochurim gathered in 770 for the traditional Farbrengen in 770, which R. Berel Lazar described as “The real Kinnus”. The Farbrengen started at around 1am and lasted to the Rebbes Minyan at 10am.
