Chabad of the Valley Gimmel Tammuz Farbrengen with Rabbi Groner

Tarzana, CA — Anash and Shluchim converged from all over Southern California on Tuesday evening, Gimmel Tammuz, joining Chabad of the Valley and its Shluchim and the well more than 1000 participants in commemoration of the 13th Yahrzeit Hilulah of the Rebbe at Chabad of the Valley’s majestic headquarters in Tarzana, California. This was clearly the largest Gimmel Tammuz event in the State of California.

Gimmel Tammuz Farbrengen in Sydney, Australia

Sydney, Australia — Last night Gimel Tamuz, there was a huge Farbrengen in the Yeshiva Centre in Sydney, Australia. The Guest speaker was the Rebbe’s Chozer, Rabbi Yosef Y. Jacobson, who left the 600 guests mesmerized with his brilliant manner of delivering the Rebbe’s insights and how they relate to today and now!

Chai Nissan Farbrengen at BLY

Brooklyn, NY — In honor of Reb Levi Yitzchok, the Rebbe’s father’s birthday, on the18th of Nissan, a Farbrengen took place at the Bais Levi Yitzchok Shul in Crown Heights. Rabbi Michoel Seligson Farbrenged and told stories about Reb Levik and discussed the various unique teachings of Reb Levik and how it was reflected in the Rebbe’s teachings. In addition, Rabbi Seligson told many interesting stories about the Rebbe that kept the crowd until a late hour.

Hundreds at Central Yud Aleph Nissan Farbrengen

Hundreds took part in the central Yud Aleph Nissan Farbrengen that took place in Bais Rivka, Campus Chomesh in Crown Heights where the Rebbe’s 105th birthday was celebrated in the presence of Rabbis, Shluchim, Anash and Bochurim.

Among the speakers were R. Yoel Kahan, R. Yisroel Freedman, R. Moshe Bogomilsky, R. Chaim Shaul Bruk and R. Avrohom Shemtov. The ‘Baal Menagen’ Rabbi Sholom Brochshtadt introduced the Niggun he composed in honor of Yud Aleph Nissan this year. Another farbrengen was held in 770.

Birthday of Rosh Yeshiva at Tiferes Bochurim

Morristown, NJ — In the middle of afternoon seder on the 8th of Adar, Rabbi Dubinsky, Rosh Yeshiva of Tiferes Bochurim, threw a surprise farbrengan in honor of his birthday and the upcoming Tes Adar which celebrates the arriving of the previous Lubavitcher Rebbe to America. When the Freideker Rebbe (the previous Rebbe and father-in-law to our Rebbe) came to the United States, the outreach of Chabad Chassidim vastly enhanced. Their mission stemmed back to the Alter Rebbe who claimed that spreading Chassidus in America is a necessary goal in bringing Moshiach. The kelipot that was inhibiting the Yiddishkeit of American Jews caused them to feel that America was a country where religious Judaism had no place (certainly in the public eye). Unfortunately this misconception plagued religious and non-religious Jews alike.

Motzei Shabbas Farbrengan with Tiferes Bochurim

“One with very bad vision does not leave their bedside without their glasses, else they would be blind and bump into walls, practically not being able to live. Similarly, today we are mostly spiritually blind. Just as a person who is legally blind goes no where without their glasses, so too is a Jew unable to take a step each morning without contemplating Hashem’s greatness or daven without first studying Chassidus.”

These words prevailed at Yeshiva Tiferes Bochurim where Rabbi Ginsberg, a Shliach in Boro Park, and Reb Leib Segal, a Tiferes graduate, came to Farbreng Motzei Shabbas. With Purim coming soon, the Bochurim have been enhancing their studies, outreach, and Chassidishe Farbrengens to prepare for the yom tov.

Rabbi Yaakov Orimland spends shabbos in YHST

Tucson, AZ — Shabbos Parshas Yisro was a very special one for the students of the Yeshiva High School of Tucson, Rabbi Yaakov Orimland Affectionately known as Rabbi “O” Rosh Yeshiva of YNS in Tzfas Ir Hakodesh and director of the ever successful Camp Hamidbar spent an awe inspiring weekend together with the Bochurim and Shluchim of the YHST.

Rabbi “O” well known for his humor and dedicated attitude towards Bochurim did not disappoint.

Friday afternoon he spent time schmoozing with the Shluchim and got a feel for the yeshiva.

Farbrengen in honor of R. Shlomo Zarchi’s Birthday!

Crown Heights, Brooklyn — Thursday night the 60th birthday of R. Shlomo Zarchi, Mashpia in the Central Tomchei Temimim, was marked by a Farbrengen in the Shul at 770 Montgomery St with the attendance of tens of residents and Bochurim.

Heading the Farbrengen was the ‘Chozer’ Reb Yoel Kahan along with R. Dovid Feldman, R. Moshe Kotlarsky, R. Hilel Dovid Krinsky, R. Yisroel Shimon Kalmenson, R. Chaim Shaul Brook and many more.

Rabbi Perlstein farbrengs with Minnesota Yeshiva

Cottage Grove, MN — What would you do if your newborn granddaughter and the yeshiva you helped create were in the same city?

Of course! You would make a trip to visit the newborn and farbreng in the yeshiva! Rabbi Moshe Binyomin Perlstein farbrenged with the bochurim of Minnesota Yeshiva Thursday night, which was also the Birthday Day of one of the bochurim. Rabbi Perlstein talked alot about his move from Brisk to Lubavitch, told many funny yet inspiring stories, and got all the bochurim to make hachlotos to strengthen their hiskashrus.
