This week, Camp Gan Yisroel of Simcha Monica went on a trip to Six Flags. Before going on the trip, they were briefed by the head counselor about the rules which must be followed in such a large area. After listing all the rules, the head counselor made an offer: “Whichever group of campers will find a Jew and put on Teffilin with him, they will be rewarded – each Jew, another prize!”
Talmidim and Staff of Y.S.P. in Morristown spent a day at Six Flags Great Adventure, where they enjoyed the great weather, rides and roller-coasters – and did Mivtzoim.
Camp L’man Achai, an overnight camp in Upstate New York for boys ages 8-16 from newly-observant families, had a wonderful first visiting day this past Sunday.

Last week, CGI Bat-Mitzvah Experience (B-ME) campers spent a whirlwind weekend in the Chabad enclave of Crown Heights in Brooklyn, NY, where they toured a slew of local attractions and significant locations including the Rebbe’s home, office and shul.

Although Canadians celebrate July 1st as Canada day and the 4th of July is a regular working day, Mr. Sidney Spiegel was pleased he took the day off and flew up with his wife Naomi to visit the fledgling new overnight Camp Gan Israel in Haliburton, Ontario.
