Busy Chabad House looking for efficient, flexible, multi-tasker to work from home – our Chabad House has many facets

Tasks include – but not limited to – Emails, facebook, phone calls, arranging events and following up, maintaining data base, mailings, and general assistant to shluchim.

Hours are flexible, 15 hours a week to begin. Long term commitment required.

Added Qualities -Someone who has experience working in a Chabad House for Shluchim previously and is familiar with CMS, Someone who has good writing skills.

Container Arrives in Nepal Just in Time for Seder

Over 1,000 Jewish travelers breathed a sigh of relief when, after having been stuck for weeks in an Indian port due to a strike by Israel’s Foreign Ministry, a container of supplies needed by Chabad of Nepal to conduct the world’s largest Seder arrived just hours before the onset of Yomtov.

3 Dead in Attacks at Jewish Centers in Kansas City

Three people were reported dead and a teen-age boy critically wounded after shootings today at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City, Kan., and at the nearby Village Shalom assisted-living and retirement center, both situated about a mile from the Chabad House Center of Kansas City.
