This company is shechting and processing poultry under the strict supervisor of Rabbi Boruch Dov Lesches, the Chief Rabbi and Av Bais Din of the Lubavitch Kehilla of Monsey, New York, and who is known as an expert in Shechita and Kashrus for many years.

Though they found themselves in Wisconsin Dells, water park capital of the world, their appearance made a splash of a decidedly non-aquatic nature.
