CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — Once again allegations are being raised concerning the NYPD’s persistent downplaying crime. Officers from the 71st Precinct responded to a call of a stolen purse last week on President Street, but the responding officers refused to file a crime report for robbery, and instead they only filed a report for ‘lost property’. Video surveillance captured the robbery, yet police still refuse to take interest in the incident.
