ULY Students Rewarded for Tanya by Heart
Part of the Bat Sheva Tanya Baal Peh campaign a large group of United Lubavitcher Yeshiva students were rewarded for learning whole perokim as well as lines by heart. The highlight of the program was when 5 Talmidim from 4th grade, who each completed at least 12 Perokim Ba’al Peh, went up on stage and each recited part of Perek 12 by heart!

R. Osdoba: “Important Questions Not Being Answered Correctly”
In a new letter, Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba has some choice words for the Beis Din, and levels some accusations regarding the way certain Shaalos are being answered. In his letter he says “I come to remove an obstacle from those who may not notice,” regarding answers that appear as if he is giving them.

Two New Books to Help With Gimmel Tammuz
The Lubavitch publishing house, Kehot Publication Society/Merkos Publications has released two books just in time for Gimmel Tammuz study and reading.
Friday morning a fire displaced dozens of families who live in 706 Eastern Parkway. The fire forced residents to take the fire escape as dark smoke billowed out of the windows. A resident across the street shot this footage showing the first eight minutes of the fire.

Rabbi Y. Moshe Wolberg, Rosh Yeshiva in Manchester, England will address the Kinus HaMechanchim on Sunday Rosh Chodesh Tammuz. The Kinus is about giving mechanchim a new sense of what is possible and the inspiration to make the next year the best it can be.
