A San Francisco judge said Wednesday she intends to strike a ban on male circumcision from the city’s November ballot.

Throughout most of the month of June, the Ohr Avner Chabad Day School and Kindergarten hosted the Gan Israel Chabad day camp, attended by 30 children.
