Serbian President Boris Tadić joined the ceremonial lighting of the Chanukah candles at the Sukkat Shalom Belgrade Synagogue last night. Over 200 people gathered Wednesday night adjacent to the Lincolnwood, IL Village Hall to celebrate Chanukah.
