With great sadness we inform you of the untimely passing of Yosef Yitzchak Tarlow, of Morristown, NJ, at the young age of 28. Yossi succumbed to a terminal illness which he bravely battled and succumbed to on Friday night, the eve of the 9th of Av.

In a tremendous act of Kiddush Hashem, several Shomrim volunteers prepared temporary living quarters for the residents of 556 New York Ave., who had to evacuate their apartments after the building caught fire yesterday. The volunteers remained at the relief center, which was set up inside a local public school, to assist the evacuees and distribute amenities for their comfort.
