Old Friend Donates Torah to Israeli Chabad House

The completion of a Sefer Torah was celebrated in the Israeli town of Nes Tziyona, at the Chabad center directed by Rabbi Shagi Har-Shefer. The Torah was donated by Rabbi Yitzchok Horowitz of Crown Heights, who was befriended and guided by Shagi when he was new to Yiddishkeit and studying at the Yeshiva in Kfar Chabad many years ago.
