A new Sefer Torah is paraded through the streets of Crown Heights before entering its home-to-be at Oihel Nosson. The Torah was written in memory of Rebbetzin Rochel Duchan, Shlucha in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away during childbirth 26 years ago. It was sponsored by her husband and eight children.
