Acharon Shel Pesach is particularly associated with Moshiach and the future redemption. The Baal Shem Tov instituted the custom of partaking of a “Seudas Moshiach” on the afternoon of the last day of Passover; in addition to the Matzah eaten at “ Seudas Moshiach”, the Rebbes of Chabad added the custom of drinking four cups of wine, as in the Seder held on Passover’s first days.

93 year old Holocaust Survivor “Sinai from Lodz” is back, playing Dayenu on his harmonica on Chol Hamoed. Sinai also entertained at the the Public Sedarim in Hallandale Beach, attended by over 200 people. He sang Ono Hashem from Hallel. Chabad of South Broward distributed Shmurah Matzos to over 300 families, and provided Pesach food and money to over 50 families.

Reb Yaakov Moshe Friedman was born in 1924 to Horav Hagan Hachossid Reb Meir Yisroel Isser Hakohen, the Krynitzer Rebbe and Rebbetzin Feiga. Reb Meir Yisroel was the son of the Gaon and kabbalist Reb Ben Zion, who was the Dayan and Rav in Dubetsk, Galicia, and a member of the Kabbalists in the entourage of Horav Hakodosh Reb Tzvi Elimelech of Blozuv, the author of “Tzvi Lazadik”. Rebbetzin Feiga stemmed from the well known Gaon and Kodosh, Reb Chaim Hakohen Rappaport, who was one of the Baal Shem Tov’s students.
