Wounded Shliach Out of ICU, Family Arrives
Chabad Rabbi and emissary to Dagestan, Rabbi Ovadia Isakov, who was shot and critically wounded last week by a Muslim terrorist and flown to Israel for medical care, has been moved from the Intensive Care Unit at Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikva to a regular hospital ward.

10 Sifrei Torah Burn in Netanya
A fire that started in the Shifat Revivim synagogue near the Chabad neighborhood in Netanya, Israel Monday night incinerated 10 Sifrei Torah, some of them critically. There were no human casualties.
