Binghamton Chabad Fights Cancer in Style
400 female students packed into the Chabad Center of Binghamton University Thursday evening for the sixth annual Fashion for a Cure event, raising money and awareness for cancer. The fashion show raised $5,173 for Sharsheret, a nonprofit organization that promotes awareness and offers support to women battling the disease.

Mayanot Alumni Reunite
The cars rolled in and excited chatter filled the air, hugs were exchanged and the 2nd Mayanot Alumni retreat Shabbaton was underway. Over 200 adults and almost 100 children took over the Berkeley Hotel on the New Jersey Shore for a Shabbos of inspiration, learning and farbrengens.

Students Celebrate Achievements with Exciting Trip
For a full month, the Talmidim of 7th and 8th grades of United Lubavitcher Yeshiva on Crown St. participating in the Chayolei Beis Dovid program focused on the theme of “Ani Nivreisi L’shamesh Es Koni” (I was only created to serve Hashem). As a celebration of their great success, on Thursday the Talmidim visited the Artistic Stitch Sports Complex in Queens.
