Marking Hei Teves, Merkos 302 has launched the Chabad Lending Libraries Network. Spearheaded by Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky OBM at the Kinus Hashluchim 5782, It has been developed into the largest international network of Jewish libraries and was now formally launched in honor of Hei Teves.
