Southern Florida attorney Scott Rothstein’s alleged Ponzi scheme has led to his family name being removed from “The Rothstein Family Downtown Jewish Center Chabad'’ in Fort Lauderdale, according to Yeshiva World News. Rothstein has not been charged with a crime, although he faces a host of civil lawsuits and he has been disbarred. His law firm has been virtually dismantled.

Chabad Women’s Circle Enjoys Unique YogaDance Workshop

Chabad’s Jewish Women’s Circle experienced an innovative “YogaDance Workshop”. Held at the Ballroom of Dr. Seth and Nadine Pulver of Highland Mills, Chana Burston, leader of the Jewish Women’s Circle, welcomed the thirty-five participants and shared kabbalistic insights into the new Jewish month of “Kislev.”
