Rabbi Kuti Rapp, OBM, would customarily lead a Siyum on the completion of every Halacha of Rambam during the annual cycle of study. Shortly after his tragic death by a car accident, upon the completion of Hilchos Parah Adumah, his son, Shneur Zalman Tzemach Rapp, was asked to take his place and lead the Siyum in 770.
