Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida puts on Teffilin with George Laufer at the Israel Rally in Fort Myers Florida. Mr. George Laufer worked for the 71st Precinct for seven years and was stationed as the guard at 770. He was very friendly with Rabbis Klein, Groner, and Krinsky, and the Rebbe would frequently ask him how his Family was doing.
