20th Yohrtziet of Reb Yisroel HaLevi Duchman OBM

Today, Thursday the 6th of Iyar marks the 20th Yortzeit to the passing of Reb Yisroel HaLevi Duchman OBM. Reb Yisroel was known for his unique relationship with the Rebbe, and his special love and Ahavas Yisroel for every single Yid.

Reb Yisroel was a simple Chossid who never missed a day of davening in 770 with the Rebbe, which was highlighted by his Davening before the Omud on Simchas Torah.

May his Neshoma have an Aliyah.

With sadness we inform you of the untimely passing of Dr. Chaim Aryeh Bloom OBM after an illness, he was 57. Dr. Bloom dutifully served the Chabad community of Sydney, Australia as a physician, and as a Mohel who performed over 2000 circumcision for adults.

He is survived by his wife Aidel and children Carmella Markowitz (Flatbush, NY), Talia Broner (California), Sarah Pugen (Toronto) R. Yonah, Tuvia Mendel, Shalom DovBer, Yeshaya Simcha, and Shaina Bracha.

The Levaya will take place on Wednesday at 2:00pm at Chevra Kidasha.

With sadness we inform you of the tragic passing of Rabbi Chaim (ben Reb Eliyahu OBM) Swued OBM of Mexico City, Mexico after a lengthy illness.

He is survived by his wife Miriyam, and children, Rochel Levy (Shlucha to Buenos Aires, Argentina), Rosa Cohen (Shlucha to Montreal, Canada), Eliyahu Swued (Shliach to Barranquilla, Colombia), Nomi Heber (Crown Heights), Shevy Piekarski (Shlucha to Bogota, Colombia).
