Over 4,000 Rabbis, emissary’s of the Lubavitcher Rebbe around the globe, pose for a group picture in front of 770 – the Lubavitch World Headquarters – during their international conference in New York.
In a heartfelt moment, just moments before taking the group photo of the Shluchim, a minute was taken to say Tehillim for the 11 Jews murdered in Pittsburgh. The Tehillim was led by Rabbi Itkin of Pittsburgh.

Following a trip to the ohel, The Shluchim had a chance to visit an expo featuring different Mosdos. A general session followed, and we present a peak at the Erev Shabbos atmosphere in Crown Heights.
The Ohel this morning was jam packed with thousands of Shluchim. The Ohel was specially prepared with a waiting tent on the street by the kever for the line to form. Inside the tent were large video screens showing a prepared video of the Rebbe. The Pan Haklali was read allowed by a group of older Shluchim.
Following a successful morning full with Chizuk, the Shluchim were treated to lunch, afternoon sessions, and Dinner.
The Kinus Hashluchim, with thousands of Rabbis in attendance, got off to a great start this morning with lavish Breakfast. With a full stomach, and a filling spirit, the Shluchim attended morning sessions which included in depth speeches and lectures.
Thousands of Shluchim from around the world have begun making them way to Crown Heights, Brooklyn for the annual International Conference of Shluchim in which they spend time learning and educating themselves in ways to expand and increase their effectiveness on Shlichus. The conference kicked off with registration and visits to 770, the Rebbes Room and home.

Representative of NYC law enforcement agencies, along with members of Vaad Hakinus, got together at the JCM conference room to make plans for the upcoming International Kinus Hashluchim.

The highlight of the annual Kinus HaShluchim, the gala banquet, has found itself a new home. This year’s banquet will be held at the Rockland Community College in Suffern, NY Kinus organizers are enthusiastic about the new venue, anticipating it will provide for a more spacious and comfortable banquet experience.
