Picture of the Day: Candidate Gets Rebbe’s Teachings
Danny Tarkanian is the Republican candidate for Nevada’s 4th Congressional District. This week he traveled to Florida for a fundraising trip, and while he was there he met with the president of the Orthodox Alliance of Florida, Rabbi Y. Kaploun, in his Miami Beach home. Before the candidate left, Rabbi Kaploun gave him a copy of ‘In G-d We Trust,’ a book of the Lubavitcher Rabbe’s teachings on American values.
Candidate Tarkanian thanked the rabbi for his warm welcome, and said he looks forward to working with him when he is an elected official in Washington, DC.
