    Is it the Chabad custom to add the English name on the matzeiva? I assume the art design on the matzeiva was because a Levi washes the hands of a kohen, but such a pitcher has a spout, which is not a usual pouring vessel for washing hands?!

    Also, the niftar’s name is followed by an olov hasholom, but his father’s name is followed by a zichrono livrocha. Why the distinction?
