Intake Specialist — Brooklyn (Full-Time)

We're a growing Brooklyn company (Church Ave / Kensington) looking for a warm, organized Intake Specialist who wants a role where they genuinely help people. You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for new clients and their families, guiding them through the process and making sure everyone feels taken care of from start to finish. It's the kind of work you leave feeling good about. The right person is organized, personable, and reliable, with a warm phone manner and great attention to detail. Experience in Medicaid, home care, or office administration is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
