Rabbi Chalom and Esti Loeub have recently moved to Vancouver, BC to establish a new Chabad House serving the Jewish students at the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University.

The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Yitzchok Wineberg, head shliach to British Columbia with many thanks to the Va’ad of Chabad on Campus, and deep gratitude to the Rohr Family Foundation.
