Rabbi Chaim Shalom and his wife Nechama Dina Segal will soon be moving with their son Menachem Mendel on Shlichus. They are going to establish the tenth Chabad House in China. It will be located on Lantau Island, home of sleepy fishing villagers and the largest island in Hong Kong, near the Pearl River.

    The picture broadens our understanding of their Mesirus Nefesh, we can only enviously observe your uncompromising self sacrifice. Kosher food will only arrive by boat when the water rises during monsoon season, leaving you with canned food for the rest of the year.     i was in lantau island working for rabbi avtzon and it is alot nicer than that picture
