Stepping Up for RCCS: Crown Heights Residents Invited to Inspiring 8th Day Event

The Crown Heights community is invited to mark their calendars for an uplifting evening of inspiration and music at the annual Crown Heights Stepping Up for RCCS event, taking place on Tuesday, July 28, at 7:30 p.m. in the backyard of Beis Rivka Lefferts.

The program will feature a special performance by the acclaimed Jewish music band 8th Day, whose energetic and meaningful songs have inspired audiences around the world. Attendees will also hear a moving firsthand account from Leibel Lazarof, a Bondi Beach survivor, who will share his personal story of resilience, faith, and hope.

The evening is part of the ongoing efforts of RCCS (Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society), an organization dedicated to helping cancer patients access life-saving treatments by removing financial barriers and providing critical support during their medical journeys.
