PSA: 770, Crown Heights, and the Ohel This Weekend

This weekend, the largest ever CTeen Shabbaton will be taking place, with over 3,000 teens expected to visit Crown Heights for the event. Due to the large crowds, there are a few advisories CTeen Headquarters would like to notify the community about.

For those Davening at 770 on Friday night, please be aware that the entire Shul will be reserved for the teens, including the entire downstairs of 770 and the Kingston Ave women’s section. The upstairs floor of 770, including the small zal and the Rebbe’s room, will also be closed from 4:15 until 6:00 PM.

On Sunday, thousands of teens will be visiting the Ohel from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and again from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. If you plan on visiting the Ohel during these times, please expect larger than usual lines. We encourage you to plan accordingly and perhaps adjust your schedule if possible.

Furthermore, due to the large number of buses transporting the teens on Sunday, there may be some traffic congestion. Please be aware that on Sunday morning, buses will be leaving at 8:15 and 9:45 AM from President, Carrol, and Montgomery streets between Brooklyn and Troy Avenues.

CTeen HQ appreciates the support and participation of the Crown Heights community in making this special Shabbos a reality every year. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur due to the large crowds and appreciate your understanding.

We want to welcome the Cteens. Everyone should make them feel welcomed. They should enjoy every minute of the weekend.
