G-d must be looking down on our schuna in disgust wishing he hadn’t made that promise to Noach all those years ago. So instead of smiting us, in his infinite mercy and kindness he displayed a rainbow to remind us all to straighten up.

  • rainbow

I was taught that you are not supposed to tell anyone if you see a rainbow.anybody else know about that ,out there?

  • so sad

get a clue crown heights!!! Hmmm…what does a rainbow mean again?

  • chaim

Well we know what a rainbow means
maybe we need to do teshuvah for __________

  • not a good sign!

I thought we shouldn’t be proud of seeing a rainbow as it not a good sign ??/

  • That is not good!

This is not anything to post and get all proud of for it means Hashem has remembered his vow with Noach that Hashem just wanted to destroy the whole world – to bring a world wide flood and kill every one but he remembered what he vowed to Noach and did not destroy the world .
Therefor making a rainbow in the sky!
Which is a sign that We- the Jewish people must do Thsuvah and do everything we can, to bring Moshiach now!
P.S One of the lubavither rabbei’m said that telling someone or taking a picture etc. of/ about a rainbow is the sign of a KELALLAH- a curse!
