    i am sure evreyone knows that the REbbe did NOT allow a mikvah to be built in 749.

    but i guess after 3 tamuz, it became from “Tut Altz Vos Ir Kent” to Tut Altz Vos Ir Vilt

    The source is a letter from the Hanhala dated Kislev 18, 5765, signed by Rabbi Dovid Raskin o.b.m. and yblct”a Rabbis Zarchi & Labkowsky forbidding the Bochrim (zfatim) to continue to build this Mikve in 749 because this is what Rabbi Mentlik o.b.m. related, that when the Hanhala wanted to build a Mikve in 749 and they went into the Rebbe for Yechidus to discuss the Mikve, the Rebbe said ABSOLUTELY NOT!

    After the Bochrim got the letter they stopped building the Mikve, until Mendy Hendel took over the project and he registered the building in the city as his own and he got permits to build the Mikve against the wishes of the Hanhala.

    I’m sure that CH.info will publish the letter & accompanying documents which show how Mendy Hendel registered 749 as his own building.

    if its against the rebbe why does the hole crown heights go their for mikvah and make the place filfy and dirity and only disdurb us the bochrim temimim or as u call them tzfatim
